Locuming as an SHO this year has been a very educational experience. I’ve had the opportunity to develop my flexibility as I mould into new departments and teams each shift.This has also enhanced my teamwork skills as I have learnt to build relationships with new colleagues each day. Usually filling gaps in short staffed wards, I’ve refined my time management skills and prioritisation of tasks. I am excited to apply for a JCF job and become part of the team!
